Florida Contractor Database is a trading name of JEBN ENGINEERING STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), which operates poolnudge.com and sells business-contact databases compiled from official state public records. By purchasing or using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Products & delivery

Products are digital CSV databases delivered as a download immediately after payment, from the confirmation page and via a backup email link. Download links stay valid for 7 days; contact us any time after that and we'll re-issue your download at no charge.

2. Payment

Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle is the seller of record and handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Paddle's own terms and refund policy also apply to your transaction. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in USD, one-time, per database.

3. License

Every purchase is governed by the single-business data license: use the data for your own company's marketing, sales and research; do not resell, redistribute or publish it.

4. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for how you use the data, including compliance with CAN-SPAM for email outreach, the TCPA for calls and texts, and any other laws applicable to you. Compliant B2B outreach means accurate headers, a working unsubscribe, and your physical address in every message.

5. Data accuracy

Databases are compiled from official state public records and publicly available business information, and are accurate as of the compilation date shown in the product. Licensing records change daily; we make no warranty of completeness, deliverability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including sender-reputation or deliverability outcomes of your campaigns.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the data in violation of these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Material changes will not apply retroactively to completed purchases.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
