How we got these figures: the hour count is 2,727 records at five minutes of research each; the dollar range spans roughly $10/hr offshore to $25/hr US freelance rates. The 8% yield is not an estimate — it is the measured output of our own scraping engine across 3,689 Florida pool companies before we switched to sourcing directly from state licensing records.

The state did the verifying
Every row is a real business holding a current state licence — not a defunct Yelp listing or an AI-guessed contact.
Owner-level contacts
License records name the qualifying individual — usually the owner. That's who reads the email, not info@.
No pattern-guessed emails
Addresses come from state filings and companies' own public presence. We never generate first.last@ guesses.

Is this legal to use for cold email?
These are business contacts of state-licensed companies, compiled from public records. B2B cold email is lawful in the US under CAN-SPAM — you're responsible for compliant sending: accurate headers, a working unsubscribe, and your physical address in every message.
Are the emails verified?
Yes — independently, by MillionVerifier, before we sell them. Addresses that came back invalid were deleted outright, and anything unconfirmable (catch-all domains, non-responsive servers) is split into a clearly-labelled second file so you never mix them into a cold send by accident. The headline count is the verified set only.
What exactly do I get after paying?
