Florida Contractor Database is operated by JEBN ENGINEERING STUDIO PRIVATE LIMITED, the data controller. This policy covers what we collect on poolnudge.com, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Orders. When you buy, Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as merchant of record, processes your payment and shares your name, email and order details with us. Your card number never touches our systems.
Forms. The notify and contact forms (processed by Netlify Forms) store what you submit: email address, selected trade, and your message.
Logs. Our host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.
Analytics. Currently none. If we enable privacy-friendly analytics, this page will say so.

How we use it

Fulfill orders and send the delivery email (via Resend).
Answer messages you send us.
Send one launch notification per database you asked to be notified about — no newsletter, no marketing list.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors that run the service — Paddle (payments, as merchant of record), Netlify (hosting & forms), Resend (email) — and when required by law. We do not sell visitor personal information.

About the databases we sell

Our products contain business contact information for state-licensed companies, compiled from official public records and companies' own public web presence. If you are a listed contractor and want your row suppressed from future deliveries, request removal — we honor these requests.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting; notify-list emails until you ask off. Want your data accessed or deleted? Contact us and we'll take care of it.
