Data License

Every Florida Contractor Database database purchase includes this single-business license. A copy ships inside the download as LICENSE.txt.

1. Grant

Your purchase grants your single business a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered data for your own marketing, sales, recruiting and research.

2. Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or share the database or any substantial portion of it — free or paid, raw or repackaged. You may not represent the data as your own compiled product.

3. Source & accuracy

Data is compiled from official state public records and publicly available business information, delivered as-is at the date of purchase. Licensing records change daily; no warranty of fitness or deliverability is made.

4. Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with laws applicable to your use, including CAN-SPAM and the TCPA (for any calls or texts to phone numbers).

5. Termination

Breach of section 2 terminates the license immediately.
